As a child, Uyi drew comics and figurines. During his early teens, he learned to sculpt. While in secondary school, he operated a small art studio focusing mainly on sculpture and sign-writing.
In 2004, Uyi got into the university to study Painting and became fascinated by broken forms, raw expressions and abstractions. He was inspired by legends like Pablo (Picasso), Jean Michel, and the Benin sculpture.
After a tragic accident that left him for dead, art became his treatment.
He participated in solo and group exhibitions in Luxembourg, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Uyi simple goal as an artist is to create positive and happy emotions for people through his artworks.
