1. Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes, please call us on +352 621 276 599 or email us at gifts@africaprints.art with your payment details, the name of the recipient and the amount required. If emailing, please also include your telephone number so that we may verify your order and payment information. Please note that recipients of gift vouchers must use their voucher in person at our gallery or by telephoning us on +352 621 276 599 . It is not possible to complete the order process online using a gift voucher.
2. Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes. Subject to availability, we are able to offer a discount of 5% for orders of 5 or more prints, placed and paid for at the same time.
3. I live outside the EU –what is the price without VAT?
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. If your order is to be delivered outside of the European Union (EU), you do not have to pay VAT. Any import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Are your prints available in different sizes?
Our prints are available in tree sizes (see web-shop).
5. What kind of paper are the posters printed on?
Our limited-editions are printed on 310 gsm Hahnemühle William Turner. Natural white with a matte surface. A genuine mould-made paper which is often used for exhibitions and limited-edition art prints.
6. Do you provide framing?
On request, we offer beautifully made frames.We have worked with our framers for many years and their workmanship is of exceptional quality. It takes between 1 –2 weeks from placing an order for framed prints to be delivered.
7. Can I order by telephone?

8. How much does postage and packing (p & p) cost?

9. How soon can I expect to receive my print(s)?
Deliveries within the European Union should arrive within 7 working days. Orders being exported outside of the European Union (EU) can take up to 14 working days to arrive.
10. Will you inform me when my print will be delivered?
A delivery date and time will be confirmed by email or text message for all EU orders once your order has been processed and full payment is received. We are not able to provide this service for orders delivered outside of the EU using standard post service. If you want to be able to track an international order, or require guaranteed delivery by a particular date, please contact us for a quote for delivery by courier. Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt of all deliveries, so you may want to request that your order is sent to a work address.
11. What happens if I’m not home when my poster arrives?
For EU deliveries: you will receive an email or text message confirming the date and time of your delivery. If the date or time is not convenient, you will be given the option to re-schedule the delivery at a time that suits you. Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt of all deliveries, so you may want to request that your order is sent to a work address. For non-EU deliveries: You must follow the instructions on the failed delivery notice, to collect your print or arrange to have it re-delivered. Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt of all deliveries, so you may want to request that your order is sent to a work address.
12. How are the prints packaged?
Prints are carefully rolled and dispatched in robust postal tubes.
13. What should I do if my print arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event of this happening, please see our Returns Policy for full details of how to request a replacement.
14. What if I change my mind after I’ve placed an order?
If you would like to swap your print after you have purchased it, you may do so subject to a restocking and handling charge of €25 (this covers the cost of fulfilment, postage and packing of the new print, as well as the manual alteration of our stock database), providing the returned print is in unmarked, saleable condition. Please see our Returns Policy for details of how to request a replacement or refund.
15. Can I specify which number I’d like on my limited-edition print?
No, prints are dispatched in sequential order.
